This is Roz's family at the BBQ following Ari's baptism.
In other news with Ari, we have a night time routine that appears to be working.
Ari's last feed is around 9.00ish. When she begins to get hungary at this time of the night we prepare her bath, then she has a bottle of formula, with an expressed bottle to follow up, and then it's off to bed. Bath, Bottle, Bed.
With the odd couple of night's where she wakes up after about an hour (usually coz she didn't burp after the feed) or she doesn't fall asleep after the last bottle, Ari will then sleep through till around 7.00ish in the morning.
Yeah!
