BASE JUMPING!

Well what a busy Christmas Break!

That is mainly due to the fact that we had to move house...

The owners of the home that we have lived in for the last 3 years had to sell to make a financial commitment elsewhere. We looked into buying the place, but to met the monthly mortgage repayments Roz would have to go back to full time work, which we weren't prepared to do ... so move on we did ...

It's a lovely new rental ... air conditioning, all the rooms we need, a great outdoor area .. that includes a spa! The internet hook up was a problem .. anyone who knows what 'Optic Rim' means and obtaining ADSL2+ will understand...

The kids have settled in extremely well and we look forward to the new year!

Christmas Fever

Christmas is only 4 sleeps away! The kids are getting really excited about Christmas, though Levi is just taking his cue from Ariana as he doesn't really understand.

In particular Ariana is nuts about Christmas lights. So much so that we have driven to the nearby recommended lights for a squiz. Daniel is not as enthusiastic about lights as the rest of us, but he still comes along!

2 kids and time really flys, Levi celebrated his first birthday (day) at home with the small family that is still in Brisbane at the moment ... Even with that there were still many gifts to open!

Then it was into some cake...

But to follow in the tradition that was established with his older sister, there was a big dress up party shortly after the official day!! JUNGLE THEMED...

There was the Commando himself!

As we head towards Levi's first Birthday he finally gets the courage to let go of the couch!! Aren't we proud parents?
